Shannon Gaul, PTA, LMT

Shannon holds a master’s degree from University of Toledo ‘94, BS degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports Medicine from Adrian College ‘92, Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant ‘11 and a Massage License from Lane Community College ‘06. She has been a community college educator for 18 years teaching in the areas of Kinesiology and Biomechanics, Exercise Prescription, Anatomy, Injury and Prevention, Therapeutic Exercise, Nutrition and an array of fitness modalities.  She has been a personal trainer with the focus of therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation for over 30 years. She has a thriving massage practice since 2011.

Professional mission: To be a facilitator of healing and improved function. “I believe my role is to offer patients the opportunity to explore and heal in a safe and professional environment in which mind, body and spirit are brought together in balance and harmony.”

Shannon loves to travel to other countries, learn about other cultures, and to be in nature. Her passion is to be with her dog Joy traveling on the weekends and in the summer months. She is an avid reader of spirituality and the facets of becoming an evolved human being. She enjoys outdoor team sports, playing board games and hanging out with friends.
