Yoga for the Pelvic Floor Workshop: To be scheduled for this Spring 2018
Dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles (weakness, “incoordination” or over-activity) can lead to troubling issues such as: low back and pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and bowel issues. Yoga poses (or asanas) increase circulation, build stamina and normalize the tone of the muscles to balance the pelvic floor and reduce these problems.
Your yoga instructor Judy Abel, is a pelvic physical therapist in Eugene at PelvicWellness Center. She brings her 25 years of experience into the studio to help you solve the mystery of your pelvic floor through yoga and education.
