Judy Abel holds a physical therapy degree from Northwestern University ’86, BS degree in Psychology/Biology from Vanderbilt University ’84. and completed a Certificate in Sexuality Counseling from the University of Michigan School of Social Work 2016. She has practiced Physical Therapy in Eugene since 1986 and has been a Pelvic Floor Specialist since 1991.

Judy is now in a post-graduate program at the University of Michigan School of Social Work to receive a certificate in Sexual Health counseling. She is 200 hr certified yoga instructor which she loves to incorporate into therapeutic exercise instruction.. In her free time, Judy enjoys hiking, travel, and spending time with her family and the clinic dog, Ruthie.
