Judy Abel holds a physical therapy degree from Northwestern University ’86, BS degree in Psychology/Biology from Vanderbilt University ’84. and completed a Certificate in Sexuality Counseling from the University of Michigan School of Social Work 2016 and holds an AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Education Counseling and Therapy) Certification. She has practiced Physical Therapy in Eugene since 1986 and has been a Pelvic Floor Specialist since 1991.

Judy is now in a post-graduate program at the University of Michigan School of Social Work to receive a certificate in Sexual Health counseling. She is also an RYT certified yoga instructor and she regularly teaches yoga for the pelvic floor series and workshops here in Eugene and Salem. In her free time, Judy enjoys hiking, travel, and spending time with her family and the clinic dog, Ruthie.
