Regular practice of Yoga Nidra guided meditation effectively reduces anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain and more. How? Through a series of mindfulness tools, you release muscular, emotional and mental tensions and sink into deeper states of relaxation. Your body knows how to heal itself if allowed to do so. Yoga Nidra creates the space and opportunity for deep healing to take place.
